If there is anything that we ought to pray for every single day of our lives it is our immune system. The immune system is the organ in your body which protects you from diseases and viruses. There are several ways you can do this. Your immune system lies just behind the thymus gland so you can put your hand basically on your throat in the front and you will be fairly close to the immune system and every morning I would say,

“In the name of Jesus, I command my immune system to keep my body healthy.”

If the body is very unhealthy I would say, “I command a new immune system in my body in Jesus’ name.”
